Cross Culture

Hi,

I attended a Cross Cultural program as a part of our Company training. The purpose of the training was to understand the different cultures so that we can apply them in our business environments. One interesting thing happened after the program. We tried to apply whatever we learnt in the course during a discussion. To our shock, the reactions of the other side was just opposite to what we learnt..When we were about to ask them why they behaved just the opposite, they also thrown the same question to us..The interesting thing is that both the teams underwent similar Cross Cultural programs in the recent past..may be the same professor..interesting !
